Reiki Energy Clearing

Service Description

As a Level 4 Reiki Master-Educator, I use Reiki as a gentle form of energy clearing. We all hold onto energy — from our own experiences, from stress and sometimes from the people and world around us. Over time, that can create what I like to call energetic “gunk.” During your session, I work through the chakras to help clear some of that built-up energy and create space for your body, mind and spirit to do what they naturally know how to do. Every Reiki experience is different. Some people feel warmth or tingling, while others simply enjoy a peaceful hour of uninterrupted stillness. I think of it as a little bit of spiritual hygiene — a chance to clear things out before they pile up. Reiki sessions are available in person or by distance.
